- Spam, phishing, or fraud: The BIMI Group does not send emails. If you received an email claiming to be from the BIMI Group, or have received other unwanted or fraudulent email, please report it to your mailbox provider. We cannot investigate individual email messages or spam complaints.
- BIMI logo display: We cannot make your logo appear at Gmail, Yahoo, Apple Mail, or another mailbox provider. Each provider determines when and how BIMI logos are displayed.
- Email or social media accounts: We cannot help you access or recover an account.
- BIMI certificates: Please direct VMC, CMC, or certificate questions to your certificate provider.
- Products and consulting: We do not sell BIMI products or provide commercial BIMI implementation services.
